what are the causes of the high crime rate in jamaica?

I believe that the reason for the high crime rate in Jamaica are lack of education, lack of love, emotional and physical abuse. in order to reduce the crime rate in Jamaica there will have to be improvement in the educational sector, parents will have to show their children love and attention. therefore this allow us to have a better Jamaica.
